只是....我是從台灣帶來美國.....4包1磅的豆子....
那時不大懂,所以老闆為說服我一次買5包, 說可以放冰箱保存比較久..
但我查精華區好像這是不大好的保存方式.....就覺得遭ㄌ...
2個月過去我才喝了一包...
現在遇到一個問題是, 豆子從冰箱拿出來該怎麼研磨....我有買磨豆機,
但自冰箱拿出後該放在室溫多久? 亦或直接就可以磨ㄌ? 有點苦惱...
冰箱還有3包呢....不知道可以擺多久...很怕過期.....
想請各位前被指點一下好的處理方式
