目前正快樂的使用tsk-1817 + h5中,
會這樣買,是因要搶Y拍上3200元的1817(好像沒賣了),
蠻高興有買到的^^
以3200的價格來說算超值了!
雖然有版上大多人說的通病:1) 泡完咖啡,天花板要擦
2) 濾杯無法敲下完整咖啡磚
3) 咖啡的出水分流不均
4) 濾杯會卡咖啡粉
(會不會影響咖啡流出,還在觀察,
因個人泡的量還不大XD)
目前還不打算改機,也許有空會去買La Pavoni濾杯來試,
買個填壓器和換磨豆機(小飛馬)大概就再等薪水!
個人煮的方式(因為是新手,所以目前還是照板上的建議)
h5刻度為最緊後放鬆3/4圈,分次(二~三次)重填壓,
豆子的量沒稱過,不過大概是附的湯匙的三匙左右,
流速大概是7-10秒流出,大概20-35秒左右
不過,有時還真的給我慢慢滴...orz
醬油膏對我和我媽來說還是太刺激了,
所以大部份我都把濃縮做成拿鐵。
(其實也是因為自己想玩玩拉花)
自己沖出的濃縮有喝過,味道真的蠻難形容的!
每次泡出來感覺都不太一樣(目前換了二種豆子)^^
小新手的第一篇心得文,希望大家不棄嫌!
如果大家有什麼好的建議,也希望可以讓小弟知道!
