剛入手沖這領域,一直很好奇一件事情
就是大家都怎麼在咖啡店內挑豆子啊?
像我去的時候,基本上大部分我都沒喝過
而老闆也不太可能一包一包沖給我試喝
然後感覺看那些口味或氣味的文字說明又不太准確(畢竟那只是形容)
這種時候大家都是怎麼挑選想買的咖啡豆呢?
是用聞的還是一包一包看說明慢慢想還是就靠感覺或老闆的說明買?

PS 另外關於烘豆時間也想問一下
看板上幾乎都說一個禮拜前烘完是最好的
而且最好在一個月內喝完
但是我發現我去挑的時候大部分的烘焙時間都是一個月前了
很難找到一個禮拜前的
這樣說正常的嗎?會不會不新鮮了?
還是是我去的店不夠專業QQ
