** 各位令人敬愛的大大們好~ **
我是個新手...幾個月前縮衣節食買了一套器材
(自以為可以一腳跨入精品咖啡世界←誤)
當時對於塞風的選擇~掙扎在 Hario TCA MCA 50A~最後因為喜歡外型買了MCA-3
但是這幾個月來我一直被幾個問題困擾著囧...真是後悔不聽話啊啊啊啊~~~
每次我在使用時,無論等水上來放粉或先放粉,到後來都會在上座滾起大泡泡...
我的假設
1. 水一下滾太快,因此嘗試過轉小火並偏移火源 ←沒用= =
2. MCA用的濾器是夾濾紙的那種,或許氣密度不足,所以在最下面多墊了一塊濾紙,
不放粉仔細觀察,發現不只持續從邊緣冒出大泡泡,從濾器中間也有零星大泡
泡冒出... ←所以又失敗了= =
3. 我個人的使用方法有大問題...需要找時間上個課之類了ˊˋ
一直失敗後,曾上網找KONO Syphon陶瓷濾器,詢問賣家似乎不適合MCA使用ˊˋ
之後因為生活開始煩忙,就一直把問題擺著了(想喝就先手沖這樣)
但還是很想解決著個問題呀Q口Q...不然MCA一直擺在那裡~
偶而一用,看到它不斷冒出的大泡泡...我就很有衝動一口吞掉它那花苞造型的上座!!!
希望各位大大們能指點一下...幫我我逃離這個恐怖的滾大泡鬼打牆~~~
