單品豆+義式機 - 咖啡討論

我知道大部分義式豆子都是調和豆,
板上有沒有人對單品豆用義式機萃取的經驗分享一下
我自己主要在歐客佬消費,他們家的單品用 Gee 沖,
確實是有種不如用 AeroPress 的感覺,當然 Gee 和
AeroPress 沖泡時研磨的粗細是不同的
是烘焙度設定給不同沖泡器材的差異,還是有其他
因素?
而且說來也怪,試過超過5支豆子,從中烘培到中深
烘焙,我的 Gee(方糖版) 即使 85C 萃取20秒,還是
感覺苦味太深,crema很多沒什麼問題
