喝完咖啡殘留的澀感要如何避免? - 咖啡討論

各位好,想請問各位認為澀感是不是不應該在咖啡出現?這一直困擾我...一直盡可能的調整到不要出現那種感覺。
回到問題,今日豆子使用薩爾瓦多日曬,使用小富士鬼齒5.5刻度 水溫88度 使用Kono濾杯,總時常為2分整粉水為18.5克下壺240克。
沖煮後認為濃度有到位,可是酸度明顯,是入口後就能明顯感受到酸感,有點像果汁,但就是喝完後有種像喝單寧略高的紅酒一般會殘留一點澀感在口中然後才慢慢退去,如果當下沒有搭配任何甜食這種帶澀感的咖啡總覺得越喝會越有點負擔,不知是否有調整的建議?
另外想問一下,有時會喝到一些讓人覺得“圓潤”的咖啡是因為油脂的關係嗎?自己沖的時候總達不太到那樣的圓潤感,總是像在和果汁一樣帶酸亮(甚至開始有點疑惑這樣的酸是不是沖壞了)
