上週爬文看到許多文章說"水"會影響咖啡風味,然而
周末時試了一下一樣適用RO水跟多喝水及波爾水
豆子:歐克佬:黃金烘焙 莫札特
700S磨4.5
水溫90度
粉水比1:15
完成時間2:30內
我發現多喝水跟波爾水煮出來的苦味稍重然而RO則是
酸感比較明顯,所以我想問說如果用礦泉水煮出來的味道是不是
大概都這樣子?還是我的方法有錯,導致過萃??
最近有借到濾水壺,如果用濾水壺煮出來應該也是差不多嗎?(跟礦泉水比)
