身為淺焙、北歐烘焙愛好者就這樣被標題騙進去了...
文章至少50%論述沒有太大爭議
但是第一行就標出某家某人的業配味道太重了...
小弟不才,文章爭議較如淺焙被講的妖魔鬼怪,酸就是沒熟透?味道沒出來?還有水分?
至於熟豆1個月內喝完,不要超過2個月的論點在板上已有多篇討論
只是太肯定的說法會扼殺太多美味和烘豆師的技術
至於市售咖啡八成都是阿拉比卡,這必須看所謂市售定義,套用咖啡店應該合理
放到罐裝或及溶市場,我無法肯定
雖然不再期待新聞求證與素質
但比起這種新聞,台灣淺焙的確有不少烘失敗的問題
還有熟豆價格問題,不要懷疑...就是有人標榜"挑過的耶家G1"賣980/半磅
