各位長期支持甜在心的朋友們,甜在心近日有一個世界級的大好康要與大家分享,
我們透過高雄的朋友Ciao Coffee,
拿到Paul Bassett(2003 WBC 冠軍、旅遊生活頻道「生活咖啡美學」主持人)的配方豆,
才剛烘好一個禮拜多,由專人專程自澳洲空運來台,剛好處於最佳的賞味期,
本著好東西與好朋友分享的精神,不藏私,
來甜在心可指定用Paul Bassett配方豆製作相關義式咖啡,只有 一公斤 ,喝完就沒啦!
以後想喝只能坐飛機去澳洲或日本了。
飲後感想:覺得它是一款容錯率很高的豆子,萃取太快或太慢(當然不是太誇張),
都各有千秋,濃妝淡抹兩相宜,非常適合做商業用豆,喝起來真的如他描述的,
有很棒的焦糖香,甜度更是精彩,且焦糖餘韻非常持久,
好了,多說無益,來喝就知道,世界級的感受。
