可以從外表判斷出一爆和二爆的差異嗎? - 咖啡討論

我是新手, 使用小烤箱烤豆子 (目前只烤過2次, 豆子為伯父種的)_
於咖啡豆一爆後, 又繼續烤一下子, 約1~2分鐘吧,
但小烤箱石英燈管很高溫, 我怕將豆子烤焦, 因此不敢再繼續烤下去..
所以也不知道二爆到底是還會有聲響, 或是豆子會跳?
可以請有經驗的網友幫忙解惑嗎? 謝謝:)
或是, 可以從豆子外觀判斷有無二爆嗎? (或是判斷烘焙到了什麼程度?)
