剛才這到這台機器
卡布蘭莎出新款啦
老闆說賣得不錯,但他個人認為小飛鷹比較耐用
那當然..
一個是耐用,一個是兼顧家庭需求(美觀,安靜,etc...)
大家又不是開店的,二軍市場還是有不同機會的啊~
回家查了一下資料,很有趣
> 盤刀式研磨,咖啡粉均勻,17段咖啡粉粗細調整
我正在查什麼叫盤刀,關鍵字用得不好,沒找到圖
> 安全措施,只有蓋上咖啡豆蓋及粉盒放入時,磨豆機才能啟動
連粉盒都有做,我有看到 XD
還有,粉盒有上蓋!!
上蓋挖口和磨豆機的出粉口相對,所以拿出粉盒時不會飄粉
(但即使沒上蓋也很少人晃很大力飄粉才對)
要倒出時,要先拿下上蓋
> 獨一無二垂直研磨方式,咖啡粉出口不會阻塞,減少靜電效應,清理容易
喔?! 這就是我之前提過的嘛
手搖都沒在塞粉的啦,因為豆粉應該垂直下落才對
而舊款的 CP-560 把馬達做在刀盤正下方
好處是軸心垂直,設計容易
壞處是不可能垂直出粉;手搖動力來自上方,不會有這問題
那 CP-557 是怎麼做的?!!
難道馬達在後方,不是垂直傳送動力,靠齒輪轉盤?
這樣軸心受力不均容易歪斜的啊~
(但如果不是椎型刀,而是兩片平盤就沒差;這就是盤刀嗎?)
盤刀還談什麼垂直研磨呢?
不好想像..
