半磅店家代磨VS每次喝前砍豆機現磨 - 咖啡討論

如題~
每次買咖啡豆都是半磅,雖然家裡只有砍豆機但也是每次喝前才現磨
沖煮方式為手沖,但砍豆機磨出來往往是粗粉細粉落濾紙...光視覺都很難接受
想請店家代磨,但又怕半磅磨完大約兩周才能喝完會影響風味
是說我的豆或粉保存方式都是夾鏈袋裝放保鮮盒再放防潮箱
所以想請問各位達人會在這樣糾結的狀態中選擇哪種呢?@@
