1. 蒸氣頭記得要清,物理性的用迴紋針去清,用水、用清潔劑去打、去泡都沒用
2. 賴大分享:拉花比賽一定是讓流速慢到都是用滴的,甚至多次預浸,就是要讓crema
多一點,這種咖啡會很難喝,但crema厚,圖案才會漂亮
3. 搖不搖咖啡杯重點是crema有沒有結塊,沒有的話可以不用搖
4. 溫度!!!!流動性要好,溫度不要超過六十度,五十度上下就可以了
