今天收到,就迫不及待的進行手沖
一拆開鋁箔包,一股木頭香就漂散出來
用郵桶磨豆機3/4圈約小飛馬3號
磨粉後,乾香呈現果香+木頭香
用91度C的熱水以1:12的比例萃例出240CC的咖啡液
我分成熱(剛沖)、溫(放一陣子)、室溫三種溫度品嘗
熱:上揚的木頭香充斥鼻腔,帶有濃厚的堅果香
不過乾香所聞到的果香味不明顯
溫:果香味這時候就跑出來,整個風味較為清甜
溫和順口,不像非洲豆霸道的上揚酸香和橘香
室溫:本來放在桌子上,等一會再喝,結果被我爸
喝完>"<,還說:「這咖啡不夠熱」
因此這階段的風味,就無法敘述,敬請見諒m(_ _)m
