去年買了virus之後開始踏入手沖咖啡之路
原本只買師大夜市內某間小店賣的咖啡豆
但只有單一烘焙度(有點偏中深烘焙)
因緣際會之下買了版友自烘的 日曬耶加 紅櫻桃計劃 莉可合作社 充滿果香的咖啡！！驚為天人呀~從此踏上不歸路
去年買了匿名一代之後virus就被我放到櫃子裡面關起來了
等購入匿名二代之後 一代也被我放進櫃子了
網路上看到有人分享拿匿名二磨espresso 再加上也沒喝過espresso...
於是開始研究拉霸機/handpresso/mypressi/minipresso.. 最終購入了minipresso(當然是因為便宜)
開箱網路上都很多 我直接PO成果好了
匿名二+退三格的粗細
我大概放入8~8.5g粉

按壓7~8次開始萃取

總共按壓20次左右
不知道這算不算是crema 看起來有模有樣就是了？

因為匿名二的粉杯口徑太小 minipresso付的勺子無法深入.. 所以隨手裁了個鋁罐

缺點就是清潔比較麻煩 都需要先清掉咖啡渣之後 在按壓一輪
但使用上頗方便 適合隨身攜帶
