以前住在附近時,就覺得這間門市的夥伴不甚友善 (相對台電大樓那間starbucks而言)
不過去外縣市工作後,每次來台北還是會很念舊的來公館門市。
原po知道自己說話聲音小,
遇到別人聽錯或聽不清楚自己說話往往不會太在意,
即便無奈,還是會想大概又是自己說話太小聲了。
上上週週六早上就和公館門市的夥伴雞同鴨講了三遍才點好餐,
那名長得像袁艾菲的夥伴態度明顯不耐,但我也認了。
昨天早上,又遇到那名夥伴。
因為我問糖度能否調整,才發現我要的「豆漿那堤」被點成「焦糖那堤」,
所以我說:「不好意思,我點的是豆漿那堤。」
夥伴:「你剛才是說『焦糖那堤』。」(態度強硬+重音強調) 然後冷淡的執行完流程。
我當下內心很火大,這還是顧客至上的星巴克嗎?但我沒有爭論什麼。
我很確定我沒有口誤(我還有同行友人可證),而且重點根本不在於追究責任歸屬呀!!!
為什麼夥伴不是先檢討自己(「不好意思我剛剛聽錯了」)?
或是以其他更有智慧的方式來化解尷尬場面?
(譬如「哎呀小姐妳說話真秀氣難怪我聽不清楚」)
我很希望夥伴能明白,與顧客的關係不只有買賣而已,
賣的不只是一杯咖啡,更應該包含一份善意與溫暖。
(我真的非常非常想念早年的星巴克夥伴!)
