最近在研究如何提升提拉米蘇中的咖啡味
堤拉米蘇製作過程會加入咖啡
製作過程都在室溫<25度,不會有60、80度的高溫出現
最後是冰到冰箱12小時後再拿出來吃
咖啡加入後會被起司、鮮奶油、蛋糕、酒...稀釋
希望加入的咖啡不苦、但又有很強的咖啡味(很香)
有些做提拉米蘇的人會去店裡買濃縮咖啡來加
不知道大家有推薦連鎖店裡不苦但冷卻後又很香的濃縮咖啡嗎?
(連鎖店到處都有比較好買)
也有人會用沖泡即溶咖啡,水用超少,然後泡濃一點
或是大家有推薦的即溶咖啡嗎?
