如題,不知該放器材還是其它
最近敗了磨豆機
Capresso CP-560
它最粗的刻度比我手搖還細
一度我以為塞風用不了磨豆機(磨細了用塞風會吃得我滿嘴粉)
不過有趣的是,總算看到了白膜..
這白膜不是銀皮,倒像在豆子裏面的東西
每次去專業咖啡館看別人磨的豆子都有
但我手磨都沒有
它似乎是電動高速下靜電吸出來的東西,我不知道這樣是好是壞
磨更細就看不到了;不過我用不到 espresso 的細磨,我只沖塞風
大家在談的電動磨豆,除了可能有細粉外,這白膜也很有趣
在倒豆粉時會飄起來;手搖時都沒這東西

回原題,越南豆超油的,但我學長曾說'磨豆機能磨,我磨過'
他太猛了;我用手搖也是要搖老半天
而且我有兩台手搖,差點的那台很難磨它呢,會卡豆
這麼油的豆子你會用電動磨豆機去磨嗎?
磨豆機似乎沒那麼好清;就算刀可以拆下來洗,粉道也是清不到
我在猜,這時還是得用手搖了
;;
最後,磨豆機的清理,懶一點的可以去買專用清潔錠
記得有人說過可以用方糖;不過方糖是甜的,會黏黏的吧..
說明書上說不要磨別的東西
你有那麼乖嗎?
我在想,是不是硬度相近的其他豆子(當然要不油的),放一大把下去磨
就可以清潔刀頭 XD
也許米就可以了
