剛剛與會團購得版友回報,若是可調轉速版本的,顏老闆的立場是先匯款再作
因為控制轉速零件是外掛的,所以必須先跟老闆確認先匯款後,老闆再製作。
畢竟是特殊的版本,不過這個版本有兩支溫度計,分別是測爐溫跟豆溫

不是幫打廣告,而是用過的心得,M3真的是好機器,附件也很齊全,
我靠它爆了5、60公斤的豆子,焙出來的豆子品質穩定,也很容易上
手,尤其是二爆的掌握,如果是直火式的,在接近200多度的掌握程度
恐怕不是人人都可以摸的準,但電熱式可以滑降溫度的設計,要烤壞
也不容易。多爆個幾十公斤,這台的成本就回來了..( ′-`)y-~
打造M3的老闆是鐵工廠出身的,工藝設計跟品味也是在水準之上的人
早在精品咖啡氾濫跟星巴克引進台灣之前,就在玩咖啡了,所以一開始
烘豆機市場是賣給國外的,義式咖啡浪潮起來,國內玩家多了,這個好
東西才得以在台灣露面。
缺點還是有的...說明書很用心,寫得很詳盡,密密麻麻一大堆,
可是我有閱讀障礙,書面的字太多,我就讀不下去了~
學過SolidWork,實在很想畫M3的3D圖跟爆炸圖給老闆印出去當操作解說
M3用起來很簡單,沒讀完說明書也沒關係,反正能控制的就那幾樣零件
<<我的SOP>>
扭轉開關--> 調最大電流---> 到150度倒豆子--> 返溫點電流錶轉到置中,悶蒸一下
--> 一爆後,大火烤---> 近兩百度,電流值轉小溫度緩升溫到二爆 --> 倒豆冷卻
還蠻好掌握的,不過要靠經驗的累積,比操作鬆餅機略繁冗了一點點
如果有人想買M3的,不妨發個聲,我再去找老闆談談看價錢,老闆家在我的店附近而已
第一次買烘豆機面交,突然覺得,原來我們那麼近啊~~ (開車不到10分鐘啊!)
我當初買的價錢--> 29500 如果能十台的話,略少個1張大鈔,我想是有可能的
不過要跟談啊,附上我改版的圖說操作說明書,老闆應該會軟化吧!
