不知道有沒有人喝過深培耶咖雪菲
第一次接觸耶咖雪菲是在中正大學湖畔咖啡,它明亮的果酸及香氣,令剛學喝咖啡的我
呀異不以。
豆子很快就喝完,因為價格的關係,我改到品皇買一樣的豆子(便宜400元/磅@@)
回家一開包裝,我就傻了~~油油亮亮的豆子,我居然沒問店員是何烘培度?
手沖口感微微苦帶點香氣,但幾乎沒了果酸帶甜的韻味,失望極了.....
耶咖雪菲該用深培嗎?
