豆:18g Kakalove 金鵡門 02/07 烘
義式機:預購版本Picopresso
磨豆機:Kinu m47 simplicity 刻度調至0.6.4
有採RDT與使用內附工具進行WDT
手法:
1.水滾後儘快倒入水艙,之後進行填粉與佈粉,利用時間差預熱
2.再次將水溫提高到沸騰,清空水艙後再倒入沸水(我考慮將水艙儘量填滿,以求最大熱容
量)
3.按壓10下之後暫停動作以為預浸,預浸時間設定15S
4.開始按壓萃取,動作儘量保持一穩定速率
成果:
出液55g,TDS經ATAGO PAL-COFFEE(BX/TDS)測量為7.34%換算得萃取率約為22.63%

萃取過程依稀能見「虎斑」與「老鼠尾」,從萃取到飲用,既滿足了視覺也撫慰了味蕾,M4
7 simplicity + Picopresso + nanofoamer 真是外出旅人的好伴侶,不需因為人生地不熟而
妥協一杯好拿鐵!
