昨天摸到了 hario 最新手搖
之前的叫做 MSC-2,MSC-2TB
最新 2008 年款叫做 MSS-1B

摸了一下,沒買;不過這東西了不起 XD
1.它不再是玻璃下壼
hario 專做玻璃,MSC-2 就仍是玻璃下壼,而且還貼上耐熱認證貼紙
幹麻咧,難不成磨好了要直接沖熱水杯測 :P
雖然沒人這麼做,但依耐熱來說它可以 XD
好,hario 出品,就是要和玻璃沾上邊
結果 MSS-1B 不做玻璃了,做塑膠 XD
2.雙層設計,可隔手溫
照片中看到下壼有兩層顏色,那是很像保溫杯的雙層設計
是空心的,而且壼底沒封口

中間是個重直腰身的杯,外面像側裙的做出曲線造型
記得我曾經唬濫過:
陶瓷刀頭並不是不加熱,而是不傳熱
磨擦生熱一直是一樣的,而金屬刀頭除了自己磨擦生熱之外
也會由軸心被傳熱進來;如果是電動的由軸心接馬達,就很可能被傳熱
反之我如果接台冷卻機來冷卻軸心,你就會發覺金屬刀頭特別冷 :P
而如果溫度那麼計較,怎麼不想想手握下壼時,下壼整個被你手心煨熱了?
(而且磨豆很累,夏天磨到大粒汗小粒汗的,手心可能更溫暖)
好,這裏這樣設計就可以隔熱了 :P
3.搖柄不必鎖螺帽
外出時,搖柄都是拆下攜帶的
之前 MSC-2 都是要拆下螺帽才能拆下搖柄
有一次因為朋友施力不當
(磨豆機的搖柄明明是繞圈圈這樣磨,但很多人還會向下施力
他們好像以為刀是向下在磨豆子,所以向下壓搖柄可能對豆子施的力較大 XD
問題是連桿根本不傳達這種力
這就好像很用力的按下洗衣機的開關,洗衣機也不會洗更大力一樣 XD
之前 P 蛙回推文說膠囊咖啡機是要怎樣的感情,是放膠囊的感情還是按開關的感情 XD
厚..;雖然向下的力和磨豆無關,但卻足以使螺帽卡牙,變得拆不下來)
螺帽卡牙拿不下來,結果搖柄拆不下來
連帶的也無法調刻度了 (有這台機子的朋友就知道我在說什麼)
現在新款沒有螺帽,取而代之的是六角螺絲一樣的設計
連桿頂端是六角螺絲的公頭,而搖柄頂端黑色的就是母頭
卡上去的高度是固定的,感覺也比較高級 :P
(之前卡上去的高度,還要看磨豆的粗細;有一個調粗細的彈片會架高搖柄)
4.粗細改由下方調整
之前有一個彈片,位置在搖柄下方;現在沒有了
取而代之的是這張

中的圖一,在刀頭的下方有個三角型的旋鈕,旋轉時會發出咔咔咔的聲音
那就是刻度
之前刻度由上方調整時,鎖到最緊再放開一點點,未必可以鎖定這種粗細
(因為彈片必需可以卡入凹槽;凹槽的齒距不夠密)
現在旋鈕的刻度是蠻密的
5.更瘦長,更好攜帶;不必鎖螺帽除了更高雅,也是快拆
如果我手上的手搖磨豆機可以脫手,我當然會買這款 XD
6.有蓋,防跳豆 :P
以後會更貴,因為日元看漲了
