flair espresso 比例問題 - 咖啡討論

之前問了一下濾杯分離的問題, 知道了flair 的水最好還是加滿或是加到出杯40ml-50ml 之間
那像espresso 粉跟出杯的不同比例可以用flair 做出
有人試過做出1:1 嗎
18g : 出 18ml 的espresso. 是不是濾杯就分離了?
我大多都喝淺培1:3 =
16g: 48-50ml。7 bar
不苦 微酸 香醇
還有古巴煉乳咖啡 cordatito
我用19g 出 48ml 壓力就要用到8-9bar 才比較穩
感覺可以試看看21g 出48ml 看看。
還有沒有其他比例嘗試還是不錯喝的
