最近剛買這台Electrolux EES200
發現有個問題
中深度烘培的豆子
或是油脂比較多的豆子
是不是比較容易阻塞?
因為連續兩天用兩種咖啡豆
藍山跟義式碳燒(都是中深度烘培)
結果沖了5杯都塞住
換另一包在costco買的藍山
豆子顏色很淺沒什麼油脂
用同樣粗細的刻度研磨
就沒有塞住的問題了
但濾出來的咖啡像水狀顏色也很淺
喝起來口味也偏淡
但我沒聽說過用Espresso的咖啡機必須選油脂少的咖啡豆
還是有哪個步驟出問題呢?

目前是用Hario手搖磨豆機,調最細刻度再放寬一格
