EES-200 搭配小飛馬,有酸味 - 咖啡討論

一直都用這樣的組合2年多,小飛馬刻度1.5,
豆子用過好幾種都是賣場商業豆,現在是伯朗義式,中焙.
不管什麼豆,大致算穩定,煮起來效果都可以接受,
就是偶爾會有煮出令人噁心的酸味(鹹酸的感覺),難以入口;不是果酸那種令人舒暢的酸味
.
近來這種情況有增加的趨勢,覺得很納悶:
同一包豆子,同樣的機器,磨豆機也每月拆開清潔,就不知道鹹酸的味道從何而起,
我想,會不會EES-200這機器老化,變得不穩定了,
例如加熱塊積垢(可是我用RO水) 管路壓力洩漏 溫控誤判導致溫度太低等等.
各位看法如何?
