Crema有泡泡是因為粉不夠細嗎 - 咖啡討論

我的機器是ESS-250,搭配的磨豆機是Tiama HG0222,平常用15G的粉,磨到FINE最細的
刻度,壓得很緊,不過翠取出來的Espresso上面的Crema都是泡泡,而且還有大泡泡,那
些泡泡會隨著時間的經過而消散,不知道問題是出在哪裡呢?是因為磨豆機不夠力,所
以磨出來的粉不夠細嗎?
ps.我的豆子新鮮度應該沒問題,都是烘好二到三週內的
