我在去年咖啡展買了1z-pro+3.3的組合想回來玩,但怎麼弄義式都不好喝,後來改玩手沖
,剛好公司換了kakalove的小黑貓,又一陣興起來測試看看
磨豆機:1z k-pro
刻度:4.2
水溫:98度
沖泡前先用開飲機熱水沖一遍3.3,再用手沖壺配溫度計加入98度熱水,按壓17下出咖啡以
後,停留約10秒再以1秒1下的速度壓完
成品是這樣

我覺得3.3的味道輸慘了…
單喝義式覺得有很明顯的酸澀感,香氣也帶著酸味,堅果味不夠明顯,單喝要喝一段時間才
喝的完
22.110出來的成品則是單喝義式也很順口,有甜感,舒服的苦味
加了牛奶(沒打奶泡直接加入)
差距有縮小,原本3.3的酸澀感不見了,但22.110的味道表現好很多!
請問在操作上是否有可以改善提升的空間?
還是這是先天不足無法後天補全的差距?
