我的1817用好幾年了,磨豆機是小飛馬(鷹??兩種動物我不知有啥差別)
濾杯是PAVONI
近來發現CREMA變少了,味道變淡(豆子烘焙度、研磨細度、咖啡流速都沒變)
機子加熱燈熄後我都會先排30-40CC的熱水(有冒煙)再鎖上把手萃取咖啡
後來才發現萃取出的咖啡溫度比以前低,以前有點小燙
現在只有溫溫的
會是加熱性能衰退了嗎??? 不過還是可以打奶泡啊(蒸氣很OK)
不知哪出問題了??? 謝謝
