As you mentioned, all coffee beans from Ethiopia after 2011 use the grading
system on the "ECX coffee contracts".

看來都是用新的制度了 不管是日曬或是或是水洗都是順著G1 G2 G3標下來
然後特殊的精品豆(Specialty Assessment)是另一個標法Q1 Q2 G3

像是聯傑金蕾娜安巴雅寫"ECX制度的精選批次"G1
其實就是Q1的這個等級
