飲水機水溫騙人 - 咖啡討論

各位好～
想請教各位大大在公司泡咖啡時，是否都有自備溫控壺/電熱水壺?
我原本都是直接裝公司飲水機熱水(100度)到沒溫控的手沖壺中
今天無聊拿溫度計量一下才發現溫度才80度左右！？
後來測試就算有先燙壺，溫度也沒變高很多，但明明飲水機溫度寫100度呀～～(覺得被騙)
請問各位有用80度水泡出好咖啡的經驗及技巧嗎..
不然我要再買一隻溫控壺放公司了..
