豆種為 哥斯大黎加
左上方是生豆
右下方是熟豆
約烘至二爆密下豆
二爆初在197度
豆子在顯徵鏡底下就是這樣子
像 海綿 ?
一格格的不知道算不算是細胞壁
我用美工刀切的
不夠薄的話 就看不見了
至於有沒有差別
好像除了顏色外
熟豆格子框看起來比較粗糙
ps.400倍放大 用像機直接對顯徵鏡照
抓不太到焦點 抱歉有點糊~
