關於粉的膨脹 - 咖啡討論

大家好,我是最近才開始學習手沖,之前都用美式咖啡機,
想請教個問題,我照著板上3835影片裡面的示範,
在沖的時候卻發現我的咖啡粉不會像那樣膨脹起來,而是塌下去,@@
有看到之前一些文章,膨不起來可能是磨了放太久,
粉是現磨,豆子是6/11烘的,磨粉是用郵筒放鬆一圈,
kalita三孔濾杯,20g豆子配240cc水,
請問這樣大概是什麼原因呢?
或者只是我自己技術不好的關係XDDD
