聽說是可以加速咖啡流入下壺
有人實測過有包濕抹布跟沒包濕抹布會差幾秒嗎?
小弟是沒這個膽去試
畢竟讓玻璃突然受熱不均很容易就爆了
你也可以說是我技術不好(笑)
有人分得出來有包跟沒包的情況下味道的差異嗎?
有的話請不吝分享會有什麼差異
並受小弟一拜 Orz

要控制沖煮時間有別的方法

要煮出小山丘也很簡單
只要在熄火後再用攪拌棒在上壺用繞圈的方式攪個幾下
讓咖啡流入下壺時上壺的咖啡仍在旋轉
流完時小山丘就出現了
屢試不爽
醬有比較好喝嗎?
