其實這本來就搭啊
醬油及咖啡豆,都是豆類
醬油醱酵時求的甘醇味,和咖啡豆烘焙時求的焦糖味
這些都是很搭配的
再來,日本料理鐵人早就有人以咖啡入菜
那次是煮泡麵大賽,泡麵又加咖啡,不過他是用三合一
這有道理,當咖啡不純時,不必用太好的咖啡了
真的蠻好喝的,我對醬油外行,不太分得出化學醬油或純釀醬油
(或者說,人人都分得出,但必需同時喝兩種來比)
但是如果要,雲林特產本來就有醬油
(我看到了,純釀造醬油,那不錯喔;現在食品法規定都要正確標示了
所以不是用化學醬油喔!)
喝起來是感覺蠻甘醇的
