(本人咖啡初初初心者)
目標:想要咖啡有厚一點的感覺,可以單喝也可以做拿鐵(然後少點垃圾)
個人喜好:
1.烘焙程度:中烘-中深烘(不愛淺焙)
2.豆子:不喜歡衣索比亞(耶加雪菲)
3.口味:醇厚、香、苦(不愛酸)
大家好,以上是我個人的喜好,想請大家給我一些意見~
本來的沖咖啡習慣是用掛耳式(UCC職人藍包、湛廬日安吾愛),不過因為覺得味道有點
單薄,爬文看到愛樂壓似乎可以讓味道再更進步,所以想試試換成愛樂壓泡咖啡。
不過發現愛樂壓都需要搭配現磨的豆子才好喝,但因為目前還喝不太出來豆子的差異,不
敢貿然朝豆子跟磨豆機下手,想問問板上的大家可以給我一些建議嗎?
我自己是在思考,不知道能不能從市售的過濾咖啡粉開始試試呢?(如:illy等)

補:除了味道之外,另外是覺得每天掛耳包製造好多垃圾,想要找個相對比較少垃圾的方
