我是用螺旋槳磨豆機,有定時的那一種,
expresso 機是幫浦式的(家用型),
原本用A豆,定一樣的時間磨他,沖完咖啡後,倒出filter上的咖啡粉,是餅狀的;
但是我換Starbucks的咖啡豆,用一樣的步驟,倒出的咖啡粉卻是泥狀的,
而且屢試不爽.
所以是不是因為不一樣的咖啡豆,軟硬度不一樣,所以就算我用同樣的時間磨他,
出來的咖啡粉細度也會差很多?
