請高手幫忙解惑磨豆機A380的情況 - 咖啡討論

小弟接觸手沖,買磨豆機時選了這臺Tiamo Amour A380
沖淺培豆為多
當初只是感覺應該跟小飛鷹、小飛馬系列差不多

看上它的刀盤好像比較好,保固比較長
可是買了之後卻用的很不順
大概有幾個問題想請教有經驗的大大:
1. 磨豆時間很長,
相較小飛鷹等,大概每次磨豆的可以說多出3倍甚至5倍
還是覺得有一些豆子在裡面
跳豆問題很嚴重,幾乎常常是跳到怎樣就是磨不進去的狀態
最後選擇放扭蛋殼直接堵在進豆口...
2. 細粉很多,篩粉感覺篩完可以少掉三分之一
不過這個沒有實際數據說明,就當作一項描述好了

前兩張圖,拆開清理時會發現有些豆子在刀盤跟出粉口中間,
也不是很小顆,這樣是正常的嗎?
後面是細粉黏附的狀態,這可能都差不多...
因為很少關於這臺磨豆機的討論,
但磨豆真的太久了,不知道是這臺就這樣,還是機器有問題,
或是,tiamo會有維修處可以搬去詢問嗎
