請教生豆用微波烘培的可行性 - 咖啡討論

小弟是剛接觸咖啡的新手
有曾經想要買生豆自己烘培
但是 沒有經濟來源去買烘培用的器具
就異想天開的 想嘗試用微波爐烘培
但我有些許想問板上的前輩們
烘培是單純將豆中的水分減少嗎?
若是的話 那微波爐只對水分子加熱的特性
就似乎可以烘培生豆
若還有其他有機物質的反應
在微波加熱水分子的情況下
似乎也可以加熱到生豆裡的其他成分
請板上的前輩們 為小弟解惑
