想請版上前輩幫忙解惑
關於金杯理論中的萃取率計算
在手沖 萃取率的部份 到底是用總注水量計算 還是用萃出得到的咖啡液下去算
ex:粉20g 總注水300g 萃出咖啡液260g TDS測=1.45%
那萃取率是 (1.45%*300)/20 or (1.45%*260)/20
因為上網爬了文 好像兩種說法都有
所以只好來版上請教了解的版友
