請問關於卡布的味道 - 咖啡討論

今天請阿姨喝我的卡布,阿姨的心得是[咖啡味可以再重一些]。
所以想請問一下版友,如果是您會做如何的調整?
1.將研磨刻度調細一點
2.增加粉量
3.增加萃取量
4.其他
引申的想法:
目前我用的研磨刻度煮出來的esp,沒有苦味,酸味明顯,有時會出現鹹味,
是我想要的esp的味道。但若將磨豆機(CP-560)調細一格,苦味就出來了,
和我想要的esp的味道就有所偏離,可是做成卡布,似乎咖啡味道就會比較明
顯。所以要為了因應不同的成品,而使用不同的研磨細度嗎?
