請問牛奶溫度大於60度.是否會影響拉花 - 咖啡討論

因為自己手打奶泡
若用60度牛奶打奶泡後溫度會下降不少
覺得喝起來的溫度不夠熱
若將牛奶加熱至70度再進行拉花
是否真的會破壞牛奶營養分或導致拉花不易成功呢?
