之前迷上了星巴克的紅茶那堤
本來以為星巴克的糖是比一般50嵐(果糖)等飲料店還健康的糖
但前幾日和姊去買時發現 紅茶那堤的糖漿用的叫"原味糖漿"
那請問這種糖漿有比市面上加的果糖健康嗎
目前我只知道越來越多飲料店標榜蔗糖 果糖好像是算比較不健康的
所以想問說像星巴克的"原味糖漿"、"杏仁糖漿"、"榛果糖漿"等...
成分都是果糖為主嗎?
