要如何沖煮出流速穩定的espresso? - 咖啡討論

入手GEE+preciso一段時間,目前沖煮出來的拿鐵還是不太滿意
研磨刻度大約是6A~7E之間,依流速作調整
雖然有時可以泡出28秒60ml濃縮,但在預浸(1或2秒)時就會有咖啡液流出
與版上看到要啟動後約4~5秒流出差很多,
甚至有很多次才沖幾秒就從濾杯底部向外噴出
粉餅也總是濕的有積水,但還蠻容易敲出來的
想請教版上前輩該往哪方面作調整呢? 先謝謝了!
