昨晚寫了篇文章http://www.wretch.cc/blog/ms883088/23799881
把自己最近在咖啡上敗家的實錄寫了上去
因為最近真的花了好多摳摳在"玩"咖啡上(剩下的都是小女尿布和奶粉錢阿)
不過 雖然敗家敗的很爽快 還沒月底零用錢也空空如也
但還是覺得 這些投資是值得的
尤其開始烘豆後 我找了本厚厚像教科書的咖啡學來讀
雖然版友們都覺得裡面不知道在寫啥 但是對我這玩豆菜鳥而言 那真是高深的知識阿
我還把前幾年買的"咖啡學大全"又挖出來看了一回 以前不懂的東西現在竟然略知一二
感覺這陣子砸錢玩豆子 還是有得到些無價的知識
我想 像前輩們說的 烘豆是條不歸路~~那我就像塊吸水海綿般繼續走下去吧~
最後 今早版上肅殺之氣有點重 我怕這篇文章會被鞭
小的提個跟咖啡有關的問題好了
就是最近烘肯亞AA都覺得可以哄到順口又會回甘的咖啡了
但是 總覺得"不香" 不管是乾香氣或是濕香氣 總覺得沒有店家烘焙來的迷人
想問看看 想讓豆豆聞起來.喝起來香氣再飽一點 我是該在哪個階段在多留意一些呢?
