最近我的一個老師開咖啡店
昨天去試試新買的義式機時,跟一個學姐在聊
姐:前幾天有個原物料商來,跟我們說拿鐵要加鮮奶油
我:蛤?
姐:他說拿鐵跟卡布的咖啡牛奶比例都一樣,只是拿鐵還加了鮮奶油
我:囧 x 1
姐:他們還說,我們的粉磨太細,味道太酸,建議磨粗一點
(我們用的是開x的黑炭豆....= =|||)
我;粉磨粗磨細是由沖煮情況與天氣狀況決定的吧....= =|||
姐:還有,他們說他們店裡的招牌咖啡是把把手上到義式機之後,
讓咖啡液持續流到 250 cc為止
我:都已經磨這麼細了,那不就什麼鬼東西都萃出來了....
完了,我無言了,台灣的咖啡文化....
