發泡鮮奶油 - 咖啡討論

我想嘗試在黑咖啡上搭配擠花鮮奶油
但去超市看噴噴瓶 都說開瓶後三天要用完
我不可能三天喝掉那一罐
所以我突發奇想 拿雪印奶油球倒6個在杯子裡 用打奶泡器打發
但不管用奶泡器或是我後來拿出電動攪拌器 都打不發
請問是我打不夠久(約5分鐘)
還是咖啡鮮奶油成份調整過 跟whipping cream不同?
還是我太亂搞了 直接買噴噴瓶才對? XD
