生豆挑豆的疑問 - 咖啡討論

各位前輩好,
小弟最近買了5KG的生豆後,在進行挑豆時一直產生問題,
我看了精華區的文章有提到:

1. 變黑色的發酵豆
2. 蟲蛀豆
3. 未熟豆
4. 貝殼豆
5. 圓豆
6. 雜物:石頭、木片、土、硬殼、內果皮、外皮.....
7. 帶殼豆
8. 碎裂豆

都是屬於應該在挑豆程序中要挑掉的部份,
但是… 我實際在挑豆時,卻發現,我不知道什麼樣子的生豆叫"變黑色的發酵豆"
而什麼叫"未熟豆",又什麼是"貝殼豆"…
(不過蟲蛀豆我能了解)
小弟在這次的挑豆過程中,硬著頭皮把自認為是有問題的豆子挑出來,
,想說留下記錄,所以拍了照片,且挑出的豆子也硬是取了名字
(不過不知道對不對…)

另外一個重點就是…有一些類似擦傷(or 燒傷)的豆子,需要被挑掉嗎?
