: 想用墨西哥的chiapas當基底,不知合適嗎
配方概念還需要配合沖煮的方式
嗜者 Blend是以美式咖啡機、賽風與手沖為鎖定的沖煮方式
無固定配方比例,烘焙程度接近二爆,烘焙口感以平順為最主
6月嗜者 Blend配方如下
盧安達 Rwanda Remera Nyarusiza (來自Sweet Marias的優質好豆) 25%
日曬巴西 Fazenda Rodomunho Natural 35%
衣索比亞 耶加 Yirgcheffe Oromia Coop. 15%
薩爾瓦多 Las Ranas 25%
墨西哥的chiapas當基底,味道會以清爽為主
作成濃縮來說就太單薄,配上牛奶後就味道會被淡化,
建議加入口感比較濃郁的咖啡 ^_^
