煮好後加水? - 咖啡討論

剛剛去漢神,在地下室的 Tomson 點了一杯摩卡
看到小姐用 TCA-3 現煮其實還滿開心的
不過,煮好裝杯的時候
小姐加了少量的熱水進去
讓我覺得十分的新鮮啊
喝起來是可以接受啦
但是倒水那一幕一直映在我大腦裡...
這是有什麼目的嗎?
有很多人煮好後會再加水的嗎? @_@
