最近在研究如何從味道上判斷過萃或不足
實驗是以歐舍M1去測試
有時煮出來香醇有時焦苦澀
想請問萃取不足有可能會呈現焦澀味嗎?
還是水量過多或水溫過高才會過萃出澀味?
或是水溫過高雖萃取不足但咖啡也會有澀味。
想知道澀味的來源去改善
